No news is good news

Whew, it has been too long!
You can tell from the date of the last post that we have been busy busy girls! Busy in a good way! We are so flattered and overwhelmed with the interest and business we have received this year! Raspberry Days and Swiss Days were crazy busy and a lot of fun. We have been working hard to fulfill custom orders.
We were happy to be a part of the Oh Sweet Sadie boutique again, what an awesome experience with so many talented artisans. Hotch Potch will be making one more appearance in 2010 at The Hive Boutique in wonderful Mtn. Green.

Tonight!

We will be at "The Hive" boutique in beautfiul Mtn. Green tonight and tomorrow! Our friend Melissa from Hollyhocks and Honeybees is hosting this event at her home. She designs and makes one-of-a-kind creations for your home. We love her stuff! There will also be other vendors selling jewelery, super cute vintage flowers/headbands, cake plates, and more.

Thanks for everyone's support at Oh Sweet Sadie! It was a fun and cool experience!

The Olivia Top & Girly Stripwork Skirt

This has been my favorite outfit! The best thing about it is my daughter has worn it for 2 summers now! In one picture she is 1 yr. old, and in the other she is 2 1/2 yr. old. We also wanted to show how you can coordinate outfits together. The skirt is made up of 6 different fabrics in the main panels, with additional fabric on the hem and elasticized waist.
The top fits so cute with shirring around the arms, neckline, chest, and waist. Contrasting sleeves(short or longer). I have found in the past that it is hard to find a top that goes well with that darling skirt you buy at the store because it either hangs low on the skirt or you have to tuck it in. This top solves that problem and really is to die for! Looks cute layered with long sleeve shirt. Many fabric possibilites! Complete outfit comes with a matching headband or clip for hair!

The Lily Dress

This dress is great for all ages, but especially older girls. My daughter is 10 and loves wearing this as a nice dress to church, but also with jeans or leggings to school. It has shirring around the arms, neck, chest, and arms. Finished off with a contrasting tie around the waist.

We love these hats and so do our girls! Can be made with or without ruffle, available in different colors. We can even make a studly boy or mommy version (without ruffle)!

Slipper Boots

We found this adorable pattern and we made these over Thanksgiving break. We weren't sure just how cute AND cozy they were until we put them on our feet.
We haven't taken them off since, except for when we leave the house. The best part is that the inside lining is the softest cuddle fleece. The only bad thing about them is how long it took us to assemble them. We love them! Our little girls have a pair of their own.

We are overwhelmed with the response we've had from these slippers!
